Packaging
All comic books come bagged and boarded. All graphic novels / TPB's come un-bagged and un-boarded.
Orders of multiple comic books, graphic novels / TPB's, international orders and all orders over the value of £9.99 (GBP) come in specially made sturdy cardboard mailers.
Should you wish for any order under £10.00 (GBP) to be sent in a specially made sturdy cardboard mailer then please select the Royal Mail 1st Class postage option.
Postage
All of our domestic purchases include postage and packaging costs as standard.
We ship worldwide and look to offer the best rate possible for all orders of multiple items. To take advantage of this, please request a final invoice / total before paying for your order and we will adjust the postage and packaging cost accordingly.
All international purchases over the value of £29.99 (GBP) are sent via. Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (where available) only (unless otherwise stated in the Postage and payments section).
Additional Information
Our eBay store, like our own website, is full of many comic books, graphic novels / TBP's and more. Including key books from the silver, bronze and modern ages, aswell as many new titles too.
We also offer 10% off on orders of three or more books from our eBay store. All you have to do is add the books you want to your basket and head to the checkout.

General
A: We aim to give all our buyers a pleasurable purchasing experience. Should you require any more information or a specific picture for any of our products, then please feel free to send us a message.
Shipping
A: We aim to ensure that all items are securely packaged and delivered to you in the same way in which they left us. In the event of loss or damage, please send us a message immediately so we can act to resolve any issues.
B: Should your address be unclear to us, we have the right to pause the shipment of an item until we've managed to gain contact with you to confirm your exact address. This should not be held against us when giving feedback.
C: All items under the value of £25.00 (GBP) will be shipped by an economy / standard mailing service with proof of postage obtained (where available). Please check the postage section in the item listing for exact postal information in relation to your item.
E: All items over the value of £24.99 (GBP) will be sent via. a signed for delivery method. Please check the postage section in the item listing for exact postal information in relation to your item.
F: For international purchases please note that any import charges / duty are one hundred percent your responsibility and not ours and that in no way, shape or form will we declare any false information on any customs documentation.
G: Should you have any additional shipping needs, such as needing a faster delivery option adding to a listing or specific delivery instructions adding to your consignment, then please do let us know well in advance of a listing ending and we can work to suit your needs.
H: The postage of orders is undertaken on a daily basis Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays in England), with the cutoff point for same day dispatch being 10:00 (GMT). Postage of courier parcels we aim to be within 24 hours of an order being placed (pending availability).
I: Postage of exceptionally valued items we aim to have to you within seven working days (UK only - worldwide times will be longer). Those deliveries will be done by a yet to be specified carrier or a dedicated personal courier. Listings that apply will have this noted on them.
Returns
A: Please check whether the item which you are looking to purchase is either new or pre-owned. If you are not happy with purchasing items that are pre-owned then please reconsider before committing to a bid / purchase.
B: If you are so unhappy with your product that you should wish to return it, then please make contact with us via: ebay@gileswinstanley.com quoting the item number and your complaint. If we cannot reach a compromise then money will only be refunded within fourteen days of the end of the sale, pending the item has been fully returned within this time period.
C: The cost of returning an item lies solely with the buyer and not ourselves. We do expect them to use the exact same shipping service and packaging methods as ourselves or better.
D: Under no circumstances will part refunds be issued.
E: No items sold by ourselves have in no way being restored, modified or enhanced by ourselves. They may get a little dusting and that's as far as things go. We sell things as we purchase them, so please keep this in mind.
Auction / Buy It Now
A: Items listed in an auction format, can be changed to either a lower listing price (where an auction can be ended early once a bid is placed) or to include a ? Buy-It-Now ? button if a price can be agreed upon between both parties. Should you look to potentially exercise this option then send us an eBay message in relation to the item and your offer. Please note that we will only entertain genuine offers.
Payment
A: Payment in full must be made within eight days. Failure to do this will result in eBay?s automatic service taking over to chase down the money owed.
B: Our preferred payment method is PayPal. Please note that if an item is purchased using the ? Buy It Now ? function, then we require immediate payment via. PayPal.
C: Cheques and bank transfers are accepted but need to be mentioned to us before a bid / purchase is made. If an item is won but no payment fully cleared then under no circumstances will an item leave us.
D: Overseas buyers payment method is by PayPal only. No other payment method will be entertained.
Miscellaneous
A: Any potential bidder / buyer with zero to ten feedback, please get in touch with us before placing a bid / making a purchase.
B: Positive feedback will always be given when a sale has been fully cleared and the buyer has left us positive feedback.
