Returns


Unwanted goods:

Unwanted goods may be returned if you contact us within 5 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged. All unwanted Return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After receipt of the goods at our warehouse and careful inspection of the goods, we will issue a refund based on your method of payment. WorldwideWheels will not be able to refund the shipping costs to and from our warehouses. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and packaging related to his or her order. When returning goods, the customer must use a form of shipping that comes with a tracking number. WorldwideWheels. will not be held liable for any damage caused during shipping from the customer to WorldwideWheels; the customer must package their goods in the same way they received their goods.
