Shipping

Kickinthebox mainly ships using United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Any expedited orders placed after 3 PM EST (12 noon PST) on Friday will not ship until the following business day (Monday). Please note that your order must also be conformed, meaning that if there is any issue, and it must be resolved by the time listed above time.

Kickinthebox ships from southern CA. If you live on the west coast or surrounding states, your package should arrive in 2 to 3 business days after the order is processed*. Shipments on the east coast can take up to 4-6 business days to arrive after the order is processed*. If you require the package sooner, we suggest that you upgrade to expedited shipping. We cannot accommodate to ship any faster than we are allowed. We suggest that you place the order in advance to accommodate your specific delivery date preference.

*Order process time-frame is additional 1-3 business days

Return

Kickinthebox is happy to accept your return as long as the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and meets the requirements below.

  • The product is still in new, unworn condition as received. We recommend that you first try on the shoes indoors to ensure the fit and sizing meets your preference. IMPORTANT: The shoes and the shoebox must be in resalable condition for return to be accepted.
  • The return product (if applicable) should include all original accessories as received (i.e. original shoe box, shoes laces, key chains, color swatches, additional insoles, shoe bag, replaceable spikes & etc).
  • The original manufacturer’s shoe box as received. No tapes or labels on the shoe box.Please do not send the return by using the shoe box as the outer shipping box or your return will refuse.

The customer will endure the cost to ship it back to us. There will be no reimbursement applied for any shipping cost. Kickinthebox is not responsible for tracking of the arrival date or for the lost package. Please make sure that you have the accurate information on the mailing label and save your tracking or confirmation information. 

Please allow at least 2-3 business days from receipt at our facility to process and refund the return. Funds back to your original payment may take additional 5-7 business days. Pay Pal handles all refund transaction back to your original payment.

Any previous shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return shipment does not meet to the return policy listed here and your return is rejected, there will be discarded and no refund will be issued. 
We charge the Re-Stock fee [20%]

Estimated Delivery Date 
Once we receive your payment through PayPal, we will process and ship your order; typically within 1-3 business days. Normal delivery time for Priority International Mail packages is 10-30 business days, depending on the final destination. Please note that the Postal Services make no delivery guarantees.

All product cost are in United States Dollars (USD); however, on your Pay Pal account will show your local currency and the currency conversion rates are based on the day you made payment. Please pay promptly through your Pay Pal account to ensure the availability of the size and styles and to avoid any delays.

We can combine shipping for multiple items. We will allow the maximum of 4 qty per order/shipment. Please send us an email or request for an invoice for combine shipping cost.

International Taxes and Duty Fees 
The customer accepts the responsibility for any International taxes, duties or other fees which may be charged upon delivery. Other additional fees which may apply could be for:

  • Refusal of package upon delivery for any reason
  • Abandonment of package at the postal office due to unpaid duty fees and taxes
  • Invalid address provided by the customer
  • Failed attempts to deliver by the postal carrier
  • Decline to pay duty fees and taxes upon pick-up or delivery
  • Customs rejection due to restriction and rules of the destination country

Returns 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all international orders. We will not accept returns for any international orders. Also we are unable to offer exchanges. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size, style and color and your shipping address is accurate before making the final payment. We are sorry but we cannot change the shoe size or any part of the order once the order has been received.



Exchanges

We regret to inform you that 
Kickinthebox is unable to offer exchanges at this time. We recommend first placing a new order to ensure the shoes and the sizes that. Buyer pay both shipping cost.

IMPORTANT: 
Shoes that are received in worn condition or not in resalable condition will be inspected by 
Kickinthebox returns department and evaluated at their discretion. If your return shipment does not meet to the return policy listed above and your return is rejected, it may be discarded and no refunds provided.
