Shipping Policy for U.S. Customers

• U.S. includes Military APO and FPO addresses as well as Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.
• All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Domestic Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is not available for all Guam, and selected APO and FPO addresses. Please check with USPS to verify if your address have such service.
• Normal shipping time is 1 day business day (M-F) except for weekend and holidays
• Combined shipping for purchases can be made only on unpaid items. Once payment had been arranged, we will not be able to combine without additional service fee imposed by Paypal.

Shipping Policy for Canadian and International Customers

• All Canadian and International orders are shipped via USPS Airmail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail
• Normal shipping time is 10 - 15 days but will vary by country and can take 30 days or longer. 
• Regular airmail does not have tracking services (with exception to Canada), and International Priority mail may have selected tracking details available. You can check with USPS.com for details. Return Policy

• ALL SALE is FINAL If you find your item to be defective or damaged within 5 Days of receipt, please email us about the problem and we will make arrangements on getting you a resolution for exchange. 
• Unopened items may be returned to us for a FULL refund within 14 days of purchase WITH 20% restock fee. We cannot refund any shipping and handling charges. If your items was shipped free, a shipping charge of $3.75 will be deducted in additions to restocking fee upon returned.

• All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA), please contact us to obtain your RA number before returning you item.  Items returned without a RA will not be accepted and will be discarded.
