For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a Back-Draft Roadster Replica. This Cobra is not for the faint of heart. This bad boy is powered by a 500+ horsepower Roush 427 Dart small block Ford and is mated to a 600 TKO 5-speed transmission. The suspension is BMW independent front and rear accompanied by 4-wheel disc brakes. This is a night and day difference when compared to the usual straight axle found in so many Cobra replicas. Another notable feature is true knock off 17" aluminum wheels. These beautiful Halibrand styled wheels are wrapped in near new High-Performance rubber and are ready to be tested by all the horsepower lurking beneath the hood. Painted in BMW Avis Blue with white stripes and nicely complimented by the popular side exhaust that sends music into the air. Built in late 2006 and covering 8,184 miles seems rather in accurate due to the overall condition. The Cobra looks and drives like a new build. Titled as a 1965 Roadster makes licensing easier when compared to Cobras titled as 2004, 2010 and so on. Included with the sale is a black soft top that stores nicely in the trunk and a set of bumper jacks in place of the standard bumpers currently fitted to the car. The black leather seats are of high quality, are comfortable and add to the impression of a high-end build. Finishing off the interior is an array of gauges to keep you well informed of the engines internals and fuel level. Twin chrome roll bars for both the driver and passenger along with some competition seat belts add to the Cobra flare. - Signed purchase contracts, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
