Answer: Due to the size of this product, our shipping carriers calculate the shipping rates based on the size of the box and not the actual weight of the product.  This item ships at a much higher weight than the actual weight of the package.

Answer: All items that want to be returned need a return authorization (RA) number.  Please email us to obtain this number, along with instructions for your merchandise return.
