However returns must include all items undamaged, in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days. We cannot refund any postage for unwanted items or items ordered by mistake.
Damaged and faulty Items
All faulty products must be reported immediately within 7 working days of delivery. Any faulty items must be returned to us and we will cover the return of this carriage once the item is back with us.
