If I quoted you a price and later find that we must ship another way, such as UPS and USPS, it will cost more. All items are insured for replacement value unless otherwise specified. I am not responsible for damage due to shipping. That will be covered under the required insurance. It is your responsibility to let Fed-ex or USPS know within 48 hours of the receipt of the package!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

I will ship and quote you USPS insured parcel post with return receipt requested. I am willing to ship your package with a faster service, but it will cost more to ship. Please include in your shipping quote request your full address including your CITY, STATE, ZIP CODE, COUNTRY and if it is shipping TO A BUSINESS OR HOME. If you know of any international shipping policies that might postpone or complicate delivery, please let me know the relevant issues. For example some countries want shipping labels printed in a certain way and require certain sizes boxes, while others have limits on how much a package can be valued at. The customer is always responsible for all tariffs, fees or excise taxes.

I must be informed within 48 hours of receipt of the product to process and damage claim or issue a return authorization number. I will issue a return authorization number (R.A.) to you that must be placed on the outside of the box for us to accept. If an R.A. number is not issued or not visible, I cannot accept the package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance of the product to me in a timely manner in the original package or an additional package if the shipment was damaged. If product is further damaged on the return leg, it is up to the customer to handle all damage claims. We will refuse all packages that appear poorly packaged or damaged. Within ten business days from the receipt of the package I will inspect it and issue a refund unless there are further complications.
