    • Return Policy

    1. All items must be returned within 7 working days from the day of delivery, no exceptions. If laptop is OK and buyer just doesn't like it (color etc.), seller is not able to accept returns. There are only 3 reasons for a return: a) hardware fault; b) wrong specification(-s); c) major cosmetic defect(-s). Partial refund can be sent if buyer agrees. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

     2. DOA (Dead On Arrival) - refund or replacement.
        We have no time for a full hardware test therefore any possible hardware faults will be fixed by Dell for free. MADLapTOP is not responsible for Dell technical service quality (delayed repair etc.).
    3. If hardware develops a fault within 7 days return period, buyer has 2 options: call Dell and have problem fixed or return item to seller.
     4. Once 7 days return period is over and you are not happy with item and you want to get a refund from Dell, note that MADLapTOP is not able to cover possible difference between MADLapTOP price&Dell refund.
