  • How can I pay for my order?

    We use PayPal, the faster, safer way to send money & make an online payment.

    All items must be paid for prior to dispatch. We are unable to take an order and hold it pending payment.

  • When will payment be taken for my order?

    Payment will be taken when you place your order. Your item will usually be dispatched within 24 hours.

  • How long do I have to pay?

    Please pay for your orders within 4 days. We will keep orders open for a total of 9 days but, if you haven't completed payment within 4, we will open an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI). You will then have a further 5 days to pay, at the end of which, we will cancel the sale and restock the item.
Shipping & Delivery
Once my order has been dispatched when will I receive it?
The estimated delivery time:
  • U.K customer:
    1st class with royal mail, normally 1 to 2 working days.
    Express services with UPS or Fedex, (If your order width and length both over 0.9m ) Normally 1 to 2 working days.
  • International customer:
    Air Mail with royal mail , normally 3 to 7 working days .
    Express services with UPS or Fedex, (If your order width and length both over 0.9m, or weigh over 2kg) Normally 3 to 5 working days.
Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the time specified, we cannot guarantee delivery in that time period or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 calendar days (UK) and 21 calendar days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.
Return Policy
To arrange a return please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why.
We will then issue you with the Returns address, specific to that item, along with your unique Returns Authorisation number.
You will need to package the item securely and include a completed copy of our returns form.
