Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, we will gladly return the item within 7 days of your receiving the item. Please contact us before returning the product. The value of the refund will be the price of the item minus the shipping and/or sizing. The item must be in its original unworn condition, to avoid any restocking fees. A product that has been customized in any way (including ring sizing) constitutes as an unoriginal condition. If the item is found to be in any condition other than original, the following fees will apply:

  • New/Unworn Condition: Shipping
  • $1-$100: Shipping + $20.00
  • $101 - $500: Shipping + $50.00
  • $501 - $1000: Shipping + $100.00
  • $1001 and higher: Shipping + $150.00

All our watches come with a warranty ranging from 1-5 years depending on the manufacturer. Each watch will come with a guarantee/warranty card which goes over the warranty terms. We will be glad to assist you with any watch repairs outside of the warranty period at a nominal cost. All our Jewelry items come with a 2 month warranty which covers the diamond and the gold. If a diamonds comes loose or needs to be replaced within the first two months, you can ship us back the item with the diamond and the replacement is free. If the diamond is lost, we will replace at a nominal cost, even after the warranty period. We strive to provide our customers with a pleasant and enjoyable online shopping experience.

The item(s) will be shipped after the payment is received. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling and shipping of the product. All of the domestic shipments will be shipped via UPS or USPS. If requested, we can provide a tracking number that will be sent directly to your paypal email address once the item has been shipped. We also provide overnight or expedited shipping if requested. We require that all purchases over $250 receive a signature confirmation upon delivery. If desired, we can provide shipping insurance as well.

The alloted time shown for prioirity shipping (6-10 days) and express shipping (5 days) is for item to get within the United States, not for it to be delivered outside of it. There might be additional time required for customs to clear your items. Items will be declared at the value at which they were purchased. If you wish to provide special instructions for your shipment please do so before or immediately after your purchase. We are not responsible for any customs incurred while receiving your item.
