Returns & Refunds (Valid for 28 days)

  3. When returning, please insure and track the parcel you are sending. You are responsible for any return postage to us.
  4. Short-shipments and DOA (Dead On Arrival) products must be reported within 48 hours from delivery
  5. Any warranty seals must be remain intact. (We record all serial numbers)
  6. If your product develops a fault within the first 28 days, we will exchange it or replace it for a new one
