Made from clear knot-free Aspen instead of less-expensive Pine or Spruce commonly found, this bucket and dipper set has no finish or coating on it to ensure longevity. It is made to withstand the extreme temperatures of your sauna without getting hot to the touch. Only a light soft wood is suitable for this environment. The plastic liner prevents leakage, so you are guaranteed years of dependable service!
Shipping
We reserve the right to ship UPS or USPS, whichever is most practical for your shipment. Many items purchased by 2:00 pm CST are shipped the same day.
Payment
- We accept payment through PAYPAL only.
- TOTAL AMOUNT DUE equals PRICE plus S&H (Shipping and Handling).
- S&H is determined by the SHIP TO ADDRESS.
Returns

Most items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or in-house credit (minus shipping and handling). The customer is responsible for shipping expense and ensuring that merchandise is in new condition, in the original packaging with all of the manufacturer's information. Returns are only accepted from orders sent to the United States and Canada.
No returns for refunds or exchanges shall be granted after 10 days of receipt.
Guarantee
We warrant all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agree to remedy any such defects. All warranties exclude postage and handling charges as well as charges for removal and installation. Warranties vary by product, but in general it should be understood that all warranty work must be done by THE SAUNA PLACE. Any unauthorized work by anyone else will void your warranty.
