Here is a extremely rare early XM 3.0V6 sei top spec model with an automatic gearbox, possibly the earliest example still in existence!  The lovely Platinum colour was used in much of the original publicity material and in my humble opinion is probably the most attractive option.

I have owned the car since March 2010 and covered about 10,000 miles in that period.  The car was originally sold by Citroen Hammersmith in London and the last owner was in Essex.

The condition of the car is very good for the age including the bodywork and full black leather interior and the engine and gearbox oil have just recently been changed.  All the various electrical gadgets work to my knowledge, apart from the front heated seats.

I have made a small number of repairs and improvements, including fitting a complete set of new suspension spheres, steering rack gaiters and ball joints, replacing the tyres and arranging some welding on the cills and other minor bodywork improvements.  There has been Waxoil treatment of the front and rear subframes although very little rust was found, partly due to the relatively low mileage.

My main reason for the sale is that I have several XMs and further projects planned with a need to make space and raise funds, whilst I would like to see the car owned and used by another enthusiast.  Please note that the car is currently on a SORN but will be sold with a full MOT and six month's tax.

Any questions please call Matthew on 01263 734623 and Happy Bidding!!

Just to confirm that the car is advertised elsewhere and I have had several enquiries.  I believe the reserve is a realistic figure and probably less than what the car is actually worth!
