Washing Instructions-  Notice-------
wash the wig by hand in cold water gently ,mixed with mild shampoo

 

 The fiber of the wig could be heated under 180 centigrade. We suppose to use hair stick under 150 centigrade and let it cool down freely.

 Color that appears on your monitor could have a little difference from the original color of the wig ,due to different  settings of your monitor.

We send the item(s) through Air mail via China Post Office.

       Our wigs ship from China to worldwide. The wig you order will be sent the same day or the next day after your payments have been checked. We will always notify our buyers after the wigs have been shipped .

If you want the item sent to the place different from what has been written on the paypal , please tell us.

Shipping time and cost:

    Standard Shipping:  Generally, to US, the shipping time is between 8-15 days normally. To other countries,the shipping time is between 10-25 days.

    Express Shipping: The EMS shipping time is  only 3-7 business days for most country.

　

 Returning policy------------
we only accept following return: the item is in the original condition" wig must be unworn and the tag is still attached ".

The buyer pays for the return shipping payment.

We will refund the money to the buyer after we receive the item and check it.
