The Nikon D5500 is the first Nikon DSLR Camera to incorporate a touchscreen LCD monitor, giving you greater camera control. Featuring a 24.2 megapixel sensor and an EXPEED 4 image processor, the D5500 provides high-resolution images and Full HD 1080p video with notable low-light sensitivity up to ISO 25600 and up to 5 fps. The D5500 has a 39-point autofocus system with nine cross-type sensors and a 2,016-pixel RGB sensor for precise exposure metering in a wide variety of lighting conditions.

Full HD 1920 x 1080p movie recording is supported in 60, 30, 25, and 24 fps frame rates, as well as HD 720p and SD 480p in multiple frame rates, in the MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format. During recording, full-time autofocus can be employed, with face-detection and subject-tracking capabilities, for ensured sharpness with a wide variety of subject types.
A built-in stereo microphone can be used to record high-quality sound, or alternatively, a microphone input is integrated into the body design to support the use of an external microphone for enhanced control over audio recordings.

The new D5500 features a smaller and lighter body than its predecessors and incorporates an optical viewfinder along with a large 3.2" vari-angle touchscreen LCD monitor, with a 180?° swivel design to better support working from high and low angles. A built-in pop-up flash is also available for additional illumination when working in low-light conditions and supports Nikon's i-TTL flash metering system. A hot shoe can be used for connection and optional external flash for even greater lighting control.

A variety of touchscreen functions allow you to pinch to zoom, navigate menus, choose settings, and choose your focus point. An eye sensor turns the LCD monitor on and off, enables a Touch function, and starts the playback function when your eye moves away from the viewfinder.

Built-in Wi-Fi enables advanced image sharing capabilities, and when paired with an Android or iOS mobile device, remote viewing and control over the shutter release is possible from a distance.

A wide range of Picture Control modes, Scene Modes, and Special Effects modes are available as well as in-camera image editing capabilities for adjusting settings prior to sharing. Built-in HDR and Active D-Lighting modes can also be used to optimize exposure results by preserving highlight and shadow details for an extended range of apparent tones.

Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery (in accordance with PayPal & Credit Card processor requirements). Please make sure you are at the ship to address to sign for the package.

We usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days.
This processing time is required for all shipments, Express as well as standard.
Please call us and speak with a representative if you need your package to be shipped faster.

The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth).

If there is any problem with the item please call us at 1.718.554.7299. We solve all issues.

Before returning an item you must contact customer service at 1.718.554.7299 / 1.877.528.4432 (toll free) to obtain a return approval (RMA number).
If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package & it will be returned to you.
New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement (it is your choice).

Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you. All items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in original unopened boxes. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included and in the original condition. Do not make any marking on the manufacturer box, and do not use it as a shipping box - put the items in an additional carton for shipping.

Manufacture defective items (or DOA) must be reported within 4 days of the date of delivery. We will replace the reported items with new ones.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping.

Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given.
Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.

Restocking fee of 10% for handling and processing will be charge for returning new items that meet the above policies.
