If the product has reached you and is damaged upon receipt, or simply if you require a style exchange. You will be issued with an in-store credit note for exchange purposes only. Please contact us prior to any returns you may have. If you have not received your item with in the allotted Shipping Duration please do not hesitate to contact us immediately (we pride ourselves on our first class customer service) please bear in mind that postal delays can and do unfortunately happen sometimes.
