Upon approval of payment your goods will be shipped out with 5 working days.

Shipping is by Singapore Registered Post but does not come with online tracking.

If you prefer online tracking please contact us and we can arrange this at an additional cost. Same will apply if you require insurance. Any Import fees / charges / taxes incurred to borne by Purchaser.

Refunds or exchanges will be applicable with a return authorization within 21 days of the product posting date.

All returned items must be in there original packaging, in original condition and unused.

A refund or exchanged item will only be issued on receipt of the original item

Shipping and Handling are not refundable on returns or exchanges. A new invoice will be sent for return shipping.

If we are exchanging an item, the item or size you want must be in stock or you need to be willing to wait for a replacement to be ordered.

Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail and 20 working days for surface mail to the above estimated delivery time.
