If the item that you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may choose to return it. A return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item and get a refund on the item. Shipping costs for the item will not be refunded.

If the returned items have already underwent considerable use or modification (such as ring re-sizing), this disqualifies the buyer from a refund and it shall not be issued and the purchased item will be sent back to buyer.

Every authentic Rolex watch should come with its original box. An authentic Rolex box is made of green leather and cream with suede lining covering the inside of the box. Atop of the green leather box is a stamped, Rolex crown.

This Rolex watch comes with all of the original documents including the warranty card.

You can purchase a Rolex watch used and it can still come with its original documents. When purchasing a new or pre-owned Rolex there are three documents you need to look for: the instruction manual, the factory service booklet, and the warranty. The factory service booklet provides information on how to service and take care of your watch. The most important document, the warranty, provides the purchaser with the serial number, style of dial, materials information, the original certified dealer, name of purchaser and date of purchase. The warranty is the most important document because it authenticates the watch. Not all Rolex watches come with all three sets of papers. There can be instances when they have no documents at all, or just one or two out of three. Watches missing their warranty are of lesser value and are priced respectively.
This is a brand new Rolex that has been modified after market with our diamonds. It contains diamonds on the bezel that were set by our jewelers.
The watch has never been worn and is dated to this year on the warranty card.
