We would kindly ask all our customers to complete their transactions within 3 days.

Shipping

Items will be despatched by royal mail 2nd class with 2/3 working day delivery time. Weight and size restrictions may result in larger orders being split into seperate parcels. Heavy items will be sent by courier with a 48-72hr delivery time.There will be a additional charge for scottish highlands, northern and southern ireland. Most orders delivered to uk addresses are despatched within 24-48hrs and with the vast majority of orders despatched the same day. Pyramid packaging supplies cannot be held responsible for postal delays but will do our best to provide tracking information

Terms

All payments must be received with 7 days of purchase. If after 7 days no payment has been recieved pyramid packaging will file for a unpaid item dispute which could result in the customer recieving a unpaid strike and negative feedback. Once payment has been recieved postive feedback will be left. pyramid packaging reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and pictures at any time Colours and textures may vary on mailing bags without any loss of quality. All orders are despatched within 24 hrs unless ordered on a weekend or bank holiday

Returns

If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 14 day return policy for added peace of mind.
you must notify us of your intention to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and please ensure you return the item via recorded/signed for delivery.
A full refund would then be processed minus a small handling and packaging charge agreed with the customer before returning item.
