SHIPPING – DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

We ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding national U.S. holidays.

We only ship to verified shipping addresses in PayPal.  Requests to ship to a different address will not be honored.  This is for the protection of both the Buyer and Seller.

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment from PayPal.  All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

We are not responsible for insufficient shipping addresses.  Orders returned to us by the carrier as 'Undeliverable' or because of an insufficient address or any other reason will be refunded to the Buyer via PayPal within 7 business days. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.  Returned packages will not be re-shipped and a new order will need to be placed.

RETURN POLICY

You may return any item purchased from us for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee for all opened returns that is not a result of our error.

GREEN PLANET COLLECTIONS reserves the right to inspect and test returns and impose a restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price if the Buyer misrepresents the condition of the product.  Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the Buyer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

If you would like to return a product and are eligible for a return, you must use the managed returns process through eBay so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Returns that didn’t go through eBay’s managed returns process and are shipped without an RMA may not be eligible for a refund.  Buyer is solely responsible for printing out the RMA and return label to ship back the product(s) by the date indicated on the RMA.  The Buyer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you'd like to return an item you bought on eBay, please follow the managed returns process:

1.     To start a return, find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.

2.     Select the reason for the return. You'll see your anticipated refund amount.

3.     Print a return shipping label and packing slip.

4.     Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, affix the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller within 5 business days* of starting the return. You can drop the package off at the post office or schedule a pickup with the US Postal Service.

5.     You can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. (Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu).Seller will issue your refund within 5 business days after receiving the item.

Please understand that we do not offer exchanges so that we can ensure you receive what you ordered.
