BUYERS MUST KNOW:

1- Color difference.

Lights affect how the colors look. The same color appears different under sunshine, in your bedroom and on stage. The screens on computer or cellphones may also display a different color. Therefore, what you see may not be 100% the same as in real.

2- Shipping time:

If the eBay “Estimated delivery dates” says you can have the package in 10 days, it is definitely wrong!

We always strive to make the quickest delivery. The package will be sent within 24 hours after payment received. But the package has to go a long route:

First, it goes from our warehouse in Chongqing to our shipper in coastal China (3 days inland shipping). A tracking number will be available immediately after package leaves warehouse. 5 days later the tracking number will be online after it is processed through the postal center. You can track it on http://new.17track.net/en.

Transportation takes

10-20 days to most countries in normal situation

20-30 days to most countries, with bad luck

20-40 days to South American countries, Russia

Once the package passes customs, it will also be traceable on your local post website, in most cases…

IMPORTANT:

1-The shipping time is up to the post office. It is really out of our control. What we can do is only ship the items as quickly as possible and pray everything goes well.

2-If you have a show, performance or presentation that is coming soon, in which case you have to use this item, make sure to contact me. I suggest express shipping (DHL or EMS, TNT, UPS, etc), which generally costs extra USD20 and takes 1-2 weeks.  But things could go unexpected. Express shipping may have problem with customs. So if this item is really urgent for you, my dear friend, please buy it from your local store.
