Payment
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, EChecks (through Paypal), and bank wire transfers on all domestic orders. Multiple credit cards are not accepted. On Paypal payments we can only ship to the confirmed address provided to us by Paypal and can only accept one payment per order. We only accept bank wire transfers on all international, APO, FPO, or DPO orders. All duties, taxes and associated fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please inquire with your local customs office to find out the amount of duties you will incur for the purchase. All items shipped within New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax. Credit card and Paypal payments will not be accepted on orders of $10,000 and above. To ensure our customers highest protection, all credit card addresses will be verified by their issuing banks, and packages will only be shipped to their credit card billing address.

All products shipped within the United States are fully insured through the 3rd party insurance company. We use FedEx or UPS on all our shipping. We offer free 2nd Day shipping on value up to $10,000 with an option to upgrade to overnight for minimal price.

WatchFinderNY guarantees that every watch it sells is authentic and that the serial number on each watch has never been altered or modified in any way. Returns
We guarantee that the watch you receive will be the exact watch you ordered. In the unlikely event that there is an error, we will replace the watch with the correct model at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event that the watch you receive is defective upon receipt, we will replace the watch with a correctly working watch of the same brand and model at no additional cost to you. Please call us for a return authorization and instructions. We have sold tens of thousands of brand new watches and almost never have returns. We inspect every watch before it is shipped, except on the rare occasion when we have a dealer ship the watch directly to a client. If you choose to return an "in stock" item, one that has not been specially ordered, you have 7 days in which to do so for credit toward another WatchFinderNY purchase. Please call us first for a return authorization # and instructions (please note that items sent back to WatchFinderNY without a return authorization # will be rejected at delivery and sent back to the shipping address). The watch must be returned in the same pristine condition as it arrived, with all original boxes, papers, tags, and protective plastic intact and undamaged. It must be free of scratches, smudges and any signs of wear and alteration, such as sizing (a sized watch cannot be returned and are considered final sales). A credit will be issued after the return has been inspected by our watchmaker. Returns are shipped and insured at the buyer?s expense, and subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sorry, special orders, items that are not in our stock, are not returnable.
