Are your products covered by a warranty?
The vast majority of our product selection is covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific product page under the details section to see what warranty is offered for that product. Manufacturer's warranties protect products within a certain time frame from the date of purchase against defects and/or flaws and offer a replacement should anything go wrong with your purchase.
What is your return policy?
All purchases come with a 30 day return policy. Please refer to the full return policy to read more and find out how to request a return.
Are the TV mounts difficult to install?
Many of our TV mounts come pre-assembled out of the box and only require mounting to the wall and to the back of your TV. This can typically be accomplished using simple tools such as a stud finder, screw gun, and mounting hardware included in the box. Installation instructions are also included in the box to walk you through the installation step by step. However, some of our customers do prefer to leave it to a professional. We have partnered with companies around the U.S. and can recommend a TV mounting specialist in your area.
How can I tell what mount will fit my TV?
On each product page you will find detailed compatibility details. There are a number of factors that determine which TVs will work with which mounts. These include the TV size, weight of the TV, VESA pattern or mounting holes, and more. If you are unsure about the compatibility of your TV, we encourage you to contact us for assistance.
How long does shipping take?
We offer a wide variety of shipping options from FedEx, both domestically and internationally. Please refer to the map below for estimated FedEx Home Delivery (Ground) delivery times.
What is VESA?
Nearly all flat screen TVs manufactured today feature mounting holes on the back panel of the unit for easy and universal installations. This mounting system is commonly referred to as VESA. Since there are many different manufacturers, there are many different VESA patterns and dimensions. All of our TV mounts are VESA compatible and you can find more information on compatibility on the product details page of each item.
Finding your VESA dimensions
Identifying your VESA pattern is easy. You can find it in your TV's user manual, on your TV manufacturer's website, or you can measure it by yourself. To measure it yourself simply locate the holes on the back panel of your TV and measure both width and height. This measurement is your VESA. For instance, if you find your mounting holes to be 75mm apart horizontally and 75mm apart vertically, your VESA is 75 W x 75 H and you should purchase a mount compatible with this pattern.
