Payment must be made within 3 days. I am always happy to combine Postage & Packaging charges when items are paid on 1 invoice.

Shipping:
UK - Items will be sent 2nd Class Recorded Mail to the UK and many items are posted Free of Charge - Royal Mail "aim" to get items to you within 3-5 working days using this method but this is not guaranteed. If you need your item to arrive sooner then please use either 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery - although more expensive, Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery before 1pm. (Items posted on Friday are not guaranteed to arrive until Monday but for a little extra Royal Mail will deliver on Saturday - please let me know straight away if you need this service.)
Overseas - Items are usually posted Recorded, Tracked and Fully Insured & barring any unforeseen hold-ups at customs should arrive within 5-10 working days
It is the responsibility of International buyers for any Customs & Import duties on delivery.
Once purchased, all items are carefully packaged in layers of acid-free tissue & then placed in waterproof postal bags (more delicate items are also placed in special gift boxes for added protection) and are posted at around 1pm each day. If you pay for your item after 1pm and need it to arrive next day, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.
Terms of Sale:
Returns Policy - This returns policy is only applicable to BUY IT NOW items & does not apply to AUCTION items. If you are unsure of any sizing please contact me & I will be pleased to take any measurements or offer information on any item I sell.
If you do need to return your item please contact me within 24 hrs of receipt to notify me of your intention to return. Items should be returned in their original wrapping (ie tissue paper & any protective bubble wrap or box) with all Tags & Security labels still intact ~ all garments should be returned in the same condition they were sent, with no odours of perfume or smoke & they should be checked to ensure they are make-up free. All items are thoroughly checked before listing & dispatch so should reach you in perfect condition. The full return address will be on the enclosed packing slip which must also be included in your item.
Items must then be received back to me within 14 days by fully insured & recorded post this gives you proof/guarantee of delivery. Refunds will only be issued for the price paid for the actual item itself, I do not refund postage. If you wish to exchange an item then I only charge the cost of postage to send your replacement.

Tags are sometimes 'snipped' to prevent store returns.
