MUST machine both side of crankcase & cylinder sleeves, install 52.6mm Stroker Crankshaft in order to install this kit, incl. famous RIKEN Japan Piston Rings, maximum size without welding cases within safety range. We strongly recommend you send engine blocks to us for professional processing, 32mm+ Racing Pipe is highly recommend for best performance, must upgrade transmission, exhaust, intake, carb, & gear... etc., replacement Piston Kit (Dio, ø54mm) is also available.

AERO (NE50), Elite S (SA50), Elite R (SE50) with AF16E-100xxxx engine must replace Dio AF18E Crank & Pipe when install this kit! Newer AF16E-200xxxx engine is direct bolt-on.
