If your item arrives late and can no longer be used, you have 14 days from the day you recieve it to return for a full refund. The refund will be minus postage costs unless Royal Mail failed to meet their Next Day Delivery Guarentee.

WRONG ITEM / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS 

If you buy the wrong item -

The whole purchase needs to be refunded, you can not email SMP Beauty asking for an order to be amended. This is due to the Management and Sales Teams working independently from the Dispatch Team and increases the chance of mistakes being made. If your item is dispatched before it can be cancelled, the item can be returned for a full refund including postage costs if you emailed immediately after purchase.

If you are sent the wrong item - 

Yo need to post it back First Class recorded delivery to SMP Beauty Business Address and keep the tracking number. Please also include a note with the date you paid, name and address used to order, and reason for return. This will ensure a speedy refund. Your own postage costs will also be re-imbursed by SMP Beauty.  

RESTOCKING FEES / COMPENSATION

SMP Beauty will never charge a restocking fee if you change your mind and return unused items. 

You will not be entitled to any extra compensation as a result of loss of business from failure of either

A) Royal Mail fails to deliver - in which case refer to POSTAGE section.

or 

B) SMP Beauty Dispatch Team - wrong items can be returned for a refund or exchange at our cost (First Class Recorded).
