Hello!
Up for sale is my beautifully restored 1967 Benelli Wards Riverside 125.
This is a fresh restoration, done right the whole way through.
It’s complete, everything is there that was there from the factory. Even down to the pin-stripping color and placement, this is a perfectly original restoration.
Everything on this bike is all original, (except the battery and tires). There is no after-market or hand-made parts whatsoever on this bike. Even down to the spokes and spoke nipples, it’s all original. (Spokes and nipples are stamped on the ends to prove it). The whole bike including the spokes is painted the same color as original, with original graphics too.
The motor and carb were rebuilt and run strong. The motor is a 5-speed, 125cc, 2-stroke.
The speedo is a NOS (new old stock) replacement with less than 1 mile on it.
Everything was disassembled, cleaned, sand blasted, polished, chromed, and painted. This is a beautiful restoration that cannot be fully appreciated by pictures alone… It looks much better in person.
Benelli is an Italian manufacturer who licensed Montgomery Wards to sell these bikes in the states through their retail locations in the 1960’s.
It’s an original California bike, with the original California black license plate, which has the original 1967 registration tag. I have a clean title in hand with current registration.
This bike is very rare to begin with, and incredibly rare in this restored condition. You’ll never see someone else riding one of these around, or even at a bike show… It attracts A LOT of attention.
I have documented the entire build from start to finish. You will receive a thumb drive with all the pictures from the build. If you’d like to see any additional pictures now, let me know.
Thank You

Happy bidding!
