What is Garcinia Cambogia?

Garcinia Cambogia is a small tree which  bears a green, pumpkin-shaped fruit about the size of an orange. It  grows only in certain forested regions of Southern Asia.

The fruit has long been used as a  souring agent in curries and in ancient Ayurveda medicines, but more  recently the slimming properties of the fruit rind have  attracted worldwide media attention.

How  is the Active Ingredient Extracted?

The external fruit rind is collected,  carefully dried and turned into a pale brown powder, rich in the  active ingredient HCA (Hydroxycitric Acid).
