Returns
If you have an issue with an item, please contact us on 01228 635305 and we will try our best to resolve the issue. However, if we cannot resolve your issue you have 14 days from when you received the item to return it to us for a full refund. We will also refund the return postage if the item is defective, damaged or is being returned due to an error on our behalf.
