Return Policy
We accept returns for any reason as long as you contact us first for a return authorization and you postmark the return within 14 days of receipt.
New merchandise must be returned in new condition. This means that items in manufacturer's packaging must be returned in original unopened packaging. If this is not possible, please contact us to see if there is a work around that will be fair to both of us.
If the fault is ours -- we mailed the wrong item, we mis-described the item, or the item arrived damaged -- we will do our best to correct the problem at our expense. If this is the case, you must contact us first before returning the item to let us know exactly what went wrong and to find out how we need to handle the return.
If the fault is ours and you make prior arrangements with us (packing and shipping per our instructions), we will pay the return shipping charge.
