If you are interested in purchasing more than one item and take advantage of our combined shipping discount, please do not checkout until you have purchased all the items you want because combined shipping cannot be done until your shopping is completed.
Orders are expected to be paid within 24 hours after you have completed your shopping.If orders are placed on the weekend they will first get processed starting Monday.Shipping address must be a confirmed address with PayPal.

We do not charge sales tax for orders shipping to All locations outside of California.
We are required by law to collect Sales Tax on all sales being shipped to CA State only.

If you enter your zip code on top, eBay will provide an estimated time frame for delivery.All orders take 24 - 48 business hours for processing & shipping.
We operate Monday to Friday & do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
If you need expedited shipping, please send us a message only before you purchase. We will not be able to expedite anything after an order is already paid for.
We ship UPS or USPS depending on your location. Most packages are shipped with USPS.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders without exception.All products purchased from Military Mega Store may be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date Payment is received.
All items must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories to receive your refund or exchange. Returning a product that is not in resalable condition and/or without a Tag. Return shipping cost will not be refunded in any direction. This applies to exchanges as well.
Some items cannot be returned and we reserve the right to deny any return for any reason.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to show up on your account.
PLEASE NOTE: WE CHARGE A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your order, these are instructions:
1. Place a new order for your desired item & pay for it.
2. Ebay message us with the new order number.
3. Mail back what you want to return.
4. Once we receive it back a refund will be applied to the returned order minus the 15% re-stocking fee.
If you rather not purchase a new item, then you will be sending the order back for a return.
