PAYMENT
We prefer payment by Paypal.
For UK and European Union buyers, the price includes VAT.
Our selling price is the same worldwide and VAT is not included where not applicable. For auction items, UK buyers can also pay by cheque or postal order.
SHIPPING
Unfortunately, Royal Mail increased their postal prices significantly in May 2012 and we have had to reluctantly pass this increase on to the customer. However, we do not make any profit from shipping and if there is any significant overpayment or we can combine shipping for mulitple purchases, then then we will always make a partial refund of shipping costs wherever possible.
UK Buyers
Our items are shipped the next working day after your payment is received. All items are posted by Recorded Delivery or Special Next Day Delivery [where appropriate].
International Buyers
Our items are shipped the next working day after your payment is received. All items are sent by either Royal Mail 'International Signed For' or 'Airsure' which both generate a tracking number. You can track this item in the UK using the Royal mail website and in most countries you will also be able to also track the item on your own national post office website.
