We aim to process and dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same working day (Monday-Friday). All orders placed after 1pm are dispatched on the following working day. We normally use Royal Mail 1st Class service to post orders and it usually arrives the next working day, including Saturdays but it can take up to 3 working days. We also offer 1st Class Signed For & Special Delivery service for additional fee within the UK. All International orders will be posted by Royal Mail Signed & Tracked service.

All we ask is that the items you send back are Unused, In the same condition we sent them out to you, In their original packaging with all labels and tags.
