Post & Packing

Royal Mail 2nd class postage is free, faster services can be selected at an extra cost. We will always obtain a certificate of postage and may insist on recorded delivery where appropriate. The costs incurred to us for postage and packing include: domestic second class postage (recorded signed-for where applicable), overseas Airmail (international tracked & signed-for is always used), packing materials and the costs incurred taking the item to the Post Office.

Terms

We are sure you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase from us, if however you are not, please contact us & we will do our utmost to put things right. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in an unworn & resaleable condition & sent back to us safely & securely. A refund for the item will be given but post & packaging will not be refunded. For hygiene reasons pierced earrings can not be returned unless faulty.
