Payment

Payments are required within two days following the date of purchase. Immediate payment is preferred via PayPal

PayPal, Personal Cheque and Postal Orders are accepted as payment methods

Shipping

All orders will be dispatched within two working days following receipt of cleared payment

Combined postage is offered and will be calculated for more than one item purchased. Please make your purchases and request an invoice. We will then adjust and reduce the final postal price

We have not increased our postage costs despite Royal Mail doing so. We offer extremely competitive prices. Postage rates include secure packing materials

Orders are sent via an economy Royal Mail service with an expected delivery timescale of 2 working days for inland orders. European orders can take up to 10 working days and Australia, Russia, South America and similar can take up to 30 days

A quicker postal service can be obtained if required – please contact us with your requirements.

For international customers, Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility - Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying

Returns

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. To ensure this, we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 14 days following receipt of your order.

Please package up securely and include details of your order number and details of why you are returning the item.

For items purchased in error, a refund will be issued but original and returned postage costs are non-refundable

For faulty items, a refund will be issued or replacement item sent upon return of the faulty product. Please include a detailed description as to the fault experienced. Faulty items must be returned with all original packaging and instructions. Returned postage costs will be refunded to the value of the original service procured
