Here is an old Special Police Pie Plate Police Badge! I am not sure what the ACP stands for so if anyone has seen this before please let me know! Here is a rare full sized 3 1/2 inch Pie Plate with copper numbers and the Illinois State Seal in the center! Badge has a nice full sized saddle pin on the reverse! Badge has two very small holes on the reverse that line up with both sides of the Special Police banner on the front! This badge is a beauty!
