This is also the matching pillowcases for the bedding set in our store. Our bedding is unique because we have our own designer and manufacturer. So we can make your customized bedding or pillowcases if below measurement is not your size.

Sample Fabric:
Due to the professional light in our sample room where we took the pictures, different computer monitors and different dyeing time, the exact color might be slight different. Sample Fabric can be provided prior purchasing if you pay $4 shipping fee.
Washing Directions:
1) Machine washes in warm water, gentle cycle.
2) Use only no chlorine bleach when needed for white bedding. No bleach for colorful bedding.
3) Tumble dry on low heat; remove promptly.
4) Warm iron as needed.

SHIPPING:
1) We only calculate the flat rate of shipping depending on the total weight to address in North America. If you are outside of North American, please contact us prior to bidding. We are glad to combine shipping for multiple items. Combined postage will be revised after you place orders.
2) We have 3 storages (US, Canada, China) for all the items, we will ship your order out from random warehouse within 2-5 business days.
3) Customized orders will take more 7-10 handing days and will be shipped from our manufacturer directly.
4) Holiday Shipping might be delayed by heavy works of post office. It might take longer time than normal. Please be patient if you don’t receive the parcel within estimated time. We are happy to help to find the status for you.
RETURN POLICY:
1) We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a p replacement or reasonable refund. If, within 7 days after the order is delivered, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. We will refund to you once we receive the returns.
2) We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, used, washed or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale items.
3) All returns should be mailed to our storage in Canada.
CUSTOM DUTY AND OTHER FEE:
1) The buyers are responsible for the custom duty and other fee charged in your countries. We only charge the exact postage calculated by the post office. Please advise us first if you want the items shipped by other carriers.
2) Special notice for the buyers in Germany, there might be duty charged by the custom in Germany which should be paid by buyers according to Ebay policy. Please don’t complain the duty issue in the feedback.
