Returns.

If you’re not satisfied with your item, please contact us straight away, we will gladly accept any returns and offer a refund (minus any shipping costs). The item must be returned to us in its original condition, you as the buyer must pay for return postage.

If you’re returning any jewellery there will be a 20% reduction charge, this covers costs for stock which cannot be reused. If I have made an error I will cover all costs.
