All cylinders are manufactured in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 3AL and Transport Canada (TC) 3ALM requirements. Every cylinder is inspected and tested by a DOT and TC authorized independent inspection agency.

SHIPPING
Items will be shipped within 24 hours after your payment has been received. We ship product via both UPS and USPS. We choose the carrier according to the product?s dimensions and weight and recipient address. Please make sure the address provided is valid for both UPS and USPS services.We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Warranty :

4. Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products.

RETURN POLICY
JTC Valve Sales will gladly issue refund or replace any products damaged in shipping.
If you need to return an item for any reason please contact us. All returns must be authorized in advance. You will be issued a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with return. Items returned for reasons other than warranty or shipping damage that were part of a "Free Shipping" promotion will have the original shipping costs deducted from the refund total.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
