We will accept returns/exchanges as long as they meet the following criteria:

• Exchanges/returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.
• All products must be in the original condition as received including packaging, labels, and tags. Any indication of use, damage, pet hair, and/or odors may void the possibility for exchanges or returns. We reserve the right to refuse worn and/or damaged merchandise.
• All returned products may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee unless the buyer requests to mutually agree to cancel the transaction.  Restocking fees will then be waived.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping expenses per eBay policies.
• When shipping merchandise we recommend using a courier which provides a tracking number for your shipment. We cannot be held responsible for products being lost in transit for any returns/exchanges. 
• All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
