UK: Please allow up to 1-3 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

International: Please allow up to 5-10 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We can dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the card holder, if address details provided while checking out with PayPal, if for any reason this is not done, we can only dispatch to the address on the transaction, once the transaction is complete, in order to have it sent to the correct address, the order will need to be cancelled and re-ordered, so please make sure address details are correct when placing your order and completing the checkout process.

Returns

Returns And Exchanges

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund/exchange within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is not used or worn and in saleable condition in its original packaging. Please report this to us before opening a case and please do this within 7 days of the delivery date.  Buyer is responsible for all postage charges. Refund will be the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment.  

Exchanges: Customers are responsible to pay for all postage charges, for us to send out an exchange we would kindly ask our customers to make an additional payment of £5 for UK deliveries and  £13 for international deliveries.
