1. Can I use this device for more than one television? No. However, you can "beam" any content from your android powered smart phone or tablet to the television that our media player is hooked up to.

2. What is the difference between your product and the apple tv? I love this question! In order to view free content with an apple tv, it would have to be an apple tv 1 or 2...since only these can be jailbroken. So, here are some differences:

-Our product is 1080 capable, apple tv 1 or 2 are only up to 720 capable

-Apple TV has only one Micro USB port, the Android Media Player has 2 standard size usb ports.

-The Android media player has an SD card slot, while the Apple TV does not.

-The Quad Core Android media player has an external antenna, so it has much better wifi range than the apple tv 2.

-Our Android Media player does not need to be jailbroken, so there is no fear or "losing the jailbreak to a software update" and having to "re-jailbreak"

-Jailbroken Apple Tv's cost a lot more than our product. The current ebay rate for a single jailbroken apple tv 2 is anywhere from $230 to $420.

-The less expensive jailbroken apple tv's are "tethered", which means you have to boot them up with a computer. That WILL NEVER be the case with our QUAD CORE unit.

3. Can I use this device with WIFI? Yes, absolutely.

4. Can I watch my favorite channel LIVE? The answer is YES! Many people contact me asking about a specific channel. Although I cant list every channel that is available, I'd like to list some that I've been asked about in the past:

ESPN, AMC, National Geographic, Bravo, Travel Channel, HBO, CNBC, CNN, Showtime, TBS, Food Network, HGTV, NFL Network and sooooooo many more. If there is a specific channel that you are wondering about, please contact me and I will respond to you promptly.

5. Can I use this device in my country? Canada, for example? Yes, this device will work in many countries. However, some links will not work - as some require a US IP address. We cannot know for sure what country will allow which links. This is for use internationally at your own risk, as we have no way to test this unit in different countries.

6. Does this box have channels from my country? Probably! Many international stations are available. We have customized devices for those looking for Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Brazilian, Lebanese, Arabic, Filipino, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish content and more. Contact me for specifics. 7. Can I watch in HD? Yes, there is 720p and 1080p content available.

10. Is your ANDROID device refurbished or new? I buy the unit brand new, but in order to program it, I have to open the box. Ebay knows this device is "modified", therefore requires me to call it "seller refurbished." The item is "used" only to program the add ons.

11. There are so many of these type of devices (like the GBOX and the PIVOS) on ebay. Why should I choose yours? The main reason is because we offer live customer support. 14. What about my hulu, vudu and netflix subscriptions? Can I use these on the box? Absolutely. You can download any other programs available in the google play store. However, I have a feeling that after a few weeks of using this unit..you'll want to cancel your paid services. Just my opinion.
