We have not increased our postage costs despite Royal Mail doing so. We offer extremely competitive prices. Postage rates include secure packing materials

Orders are sent via an economy Royal Mail service with an expected delivery timescale of 2 working days for inland orders. European orders can take up to 10 working days and Australia, Russia, South America and similar can take up to 30 days

Please package up securely and include details of your order number and details of why you are returning the item.

For items purchased in error, a refund will be issued but original and returned postage costs are non-refundable

For faulty items, a refund will be issued or replacement item sent upon return of the faulty product. Please include a detailed description as to the fault experienced. Faulty items must be returned with all original packaging and instructions. Returned postage costs will be refunded to the value of the original service procured
