Buyer is responsible for noting insole measurements to make sure they will fit, as all sales final. If you chose wrong size, poor fit, or changed mind and need to return, you will incur a 15% restocking fee as stated in our auction policies, and must be returned within the 14 days required for any returns

Returns
We will accept returns if we sent a different item than you won in the auction ( i.e. diff color or size)
If there is a problem, please contact us within 3 days of receiving items to discuss any issues. We will try to work with you. If we confirm a return is needed all returns must be returned and postmarked within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. Returns will be given as exchange or or you may choose 15% restocking fee and receive the remainder as refund.

We ship either US Postal Service or Federal Express based on location. Federal Express cannot ship to a PO box or APO, So please provide an address that is not a PO Box or APO. If you have a preference please advise before payment is made. Also please include contact phone number with payment.
First class can take up to 7 business days. If you need expedited shipping please let us know and we can send you an invoice for cost of expedited shipping
