* DOA (Damaged on Arrival) items must be communicated within 7 days of delivery
* All returns/exchanges will require your ebay id on the package outside. Without this information, we can't be responsible for the loss of your package
* All non-seller fault returns are subject to: (i) 20% restocking fee, (ii) Shipping cost is non-refundable, (iii) Buyer covers return shipping
* Depending on the product type, please allow 2 - 5 business days after receiving your returned item for our technicians to fully inspect and test all parts
