Domestic shipping delivers within 3-6 business days. Tracking is always provided and will update within 24-48 hours of shipment.

International shipping usually delivers within 5-6 weeks, with some customs delay. Buyers are responsible for applicable import duties and local taxes. Please verify with your customs before making purchases. Tracking numbers are always provided however tracking statuses are not updated. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any modifications on the customs forms (gift or merchandise).

Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions. Please be advised that if the item has been used or if the original packaging is missing there may be a 15% restocking fee.
