Flash diffuser is particularly useful for portrait photographers, since harsh light and hard shadows are usually not considered flattering in a portrait while the flash diffuser. We accept return of defective items with 30 days of purchase.
International customers that receive a defective product need to report this to us (via e-mail) within 24 hours form the receive of the order. Customer will receive instructions to send us either photo or video of details.
We will conduct a brief inspection on the same batch products or ask for sending back the item to confirm defectiveness. Once the problem is verified and then we would either send you a replacement or refund item price to you.
- The cost for returning unsatisfactory items shall be borne by buyer. We will only responsible for shipping cost of the replacement
