When ordering, please include your machines make, model & SERIAL NUMBER, so that we can make sure the decal kit you are ordering matches your machine correctly.  Most importantly is the Serial Number. Every Kit is combined differently to correctly apply to your unit and remain OSHA regulated

TriStar Parts Express decal kits are manufactured with high quality vinyl that resists expansion and shrinkage.  We use solvent ink that is the best on the market.  Every kit is laminated for durability and can withstand any environment.  This heavy duty laminate protects the decals from fading.  It also allows paint, oil, dirt, and grease, to be removed using any type cleaner and save the expense of purchasing new decal kits, in some cases. Special adhesives are used so the decals adhere strong to all types of materials.  For decals that are durable, fade resistant, easy to clean, and that can save you time and money, TriStar Parts Express is your supplier!

Return & Warranty Policy

Returns & Warranty-Replacements
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, TriStar Parts Express will accept qualified and conforming products for replacement for the period of 6 months, if they fail due to manufacturer defects. 
An order may be refunded only within 14 days of the original purchase date with a 35% restocking fee & buyer pays return freight (Except for electronic parts and items, they are NON REFUNDABLE) 
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Call with your name, invoice number or order number and details to 877-611-0380 Extension #133 for our returns department.

Any and all electronic items or parts are NON REFUNDABLE.  
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Products must be in ‘Like New’ condition and free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.  
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will: 
1) Photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied 
2) The product(s) deemed ineligible for return will be returned to you. 
If TriStar Parts Express, at our sole discretion, decides to accept an item for return, a restocking fee of up to 35% will be assessed. 
Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your product is received by TriStar Parts Express.

When returning an item, the following will apply:
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 
TriStar Parts Express shall not be held liable for packages lost in transit. It is the customers job to insure it.

If an immediate replacement is required before processing can occur, the customer can purchase a second unit from TriStar Parts Express to be shipped to the customer at once. After TriStar Parts Express receives the returned unit, TriStar Parts Express will issue a refund for the second purchase, so long as the item being exchanged passes our return inspection. With your name, invoice number, and details about the return call 877-611-0380 x 133 for our returns department.

 Any and all returns accepted are for REPLACEMENT ONLY.

Custom Made Items Refunds
Custom made items such as decal kits cannot be refunded unless unit is returned within 14 days of purchase and is in ‘Like New’ condition and free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. All custom made items are subject to a 35% restocking fee regardless of condition of unit. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If a returned unit is received by TriStar Parts Express and the unit is not deemed 'Like New’, TriStar Parts Express will offer to repair the unit and ship the unit back to the customer at said customer's expense. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.

Custom Made Items Warranty-Replacement
When sending a return to TriStar Parts Express for repair or replacement, send the item to TriStar Parts Express with a description of what is wrong with the item and TriStar Parts Express will repair or replace the item. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. TriStar Parts Express shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, TriStar Parts Express may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or replacement of defective products inside the U.S. only.

All of our products are covered by our 6 month warranty, against manufacturer defect.
