If you are returning the item as a result of our mistake i.e. received an item that was not as described or otherwise misrepresented, we will make an exchange for the correct item if possible or refund the purchase if not possible. In either case we will refund the return shipping.

If you are returning the item as a result of your mistake i.e. item didn't fit, or you didn't like the style, etc. If an exchange is possible, we will bill you again for shipping and handling, and then make the exchange. If an exchange is not possible, we will refund the original purchase minus shipping.
